La Casa delle Conchiglie sul mare, si trova nell'esclusivo residence le Farfalle di Capo Coda Cavallo a San Teodoro, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Cala Suaraccia, (spiaggia di sabbia molto adatta per i bambini...)dove è possibile anche noleggiare piccole imbarcazioni e prenotare snorkeling e visite sottomarine guidati da professionisti del Sub Dive Center Aquarius per visitare questo meraviglioso parco marino delle Isole di Tavolara e Molara.
Nel residence si trovano anche una club house con bar, giochi semplici per bambini, campi da tennis e piscina tutto a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti.
La villetta è composta da cucina soggiorno completa di ogni confort per cucinare, anche di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piano cottura in vetroceramica ad induzione, 1 forno elettrico ed 1 a microonde, 1 bollitore elettrico per acqua, angolo tv lcd SAT con dvd dolby, da una camera matrimoniale dei turchesi con bagno azzurro.
Da una camera matrimoniale dei coralli con bagno rosa, con annesso piccolo salottino con tv lcd SAT e DVD e divano-letto con altri 2 posti letto, per un totale di 6 posti letto comodi;
ampia e coperta veranda con barbecue immersa nel verde;
terrazza solarium con vista mozzafiato sulle isole di Tavolara e Molara e sul golfo; piccola terrazza vista mare;
giardino privato con piazzola attrezzata per solarium, doccia e accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Cala Suaraccia dove si trovano anche 1 ombrellone e max 4 lettini riservati compresi nella tariffa dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre.
Dopo ogni partenza viene effettuata pulizia e ripristino totale da impresa di pulizie professionale con prodotti ad alto potere disinfettante che garantiscono il massimo dell'igiene.
La casa è climatizzata in tutte le stanze ed ha l' ACCESSO WI-FI INTERNET ILLIMITATO.

In This residence there is also the possibility to have the free entrance to the swimming pool, with a club house with a bar and simple games for children and a tennis court.
The house consists of kitchen - living room complete with every comfort for cooking, also dishwasher, washing machine and ceramic glass hob induction, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, 1 electric kettle, 1 lcd tv SAT with dvd dolby and comfortable sofa.
My house has also 1 double bedroom with bathroom of turquoise blue, 1 double bedroom with sliding doors to separate from a living room with 1 LCD TV SAT with DVD and a sofa corner with 2 other beds, for a total of 6 confortable beds and a coral pink bathroom.
You can find also 1 covered veranda with barbecue and surrounded by greenery, a small patio with view of the sea and the beach, 1 sun terrace with stunning views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara and the Gulf.
It has also a private garden with another small patio and futher down the garden an area quipped with 1 solarium, shower and direct access to the beach of Cala Suaraccia where there are also 1 umbrella and max 4 deckchairs Reserved included in the price (from 1st June to 30th September).
After every departure our house is cleaned by professional cleaning company with products with a high disinfecting power that ensures maximum hygiene.
There is conditioning in all the rooms, Free unlimited Wi-fi and a shaded parking space near the house.

Muschel Haus
In dieser Residenz gibt es auch freien Eintritt zum Schwimmbad, mit einem Clubhaus mit einem Bar und einfachen Spielen für Kinder und einen Tennisplatz.
Das Haus besteht aus Küche - Wohnzimmer komplett mit allem Komfort für die Küche, auch Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Glaskeramik-Induktion, 1 Elektro-Backofen und 1 Mikrowelle, 1 elektrischer Wasserkocher, 1 LCD-TV SAT mit dvd dolby und bequemes Sofa.
Meine Haus hat auch 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad aus türkisblauem, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Schiebetüren, getrennt von einem Wohnzimmer mit 1 LCD TV SAT mit DVD und eine Sofaecke mit 2 anderen Betten, für insgesamt 6 Betten bequem, und ein Korallenrosa Badezimmer und 1 überdachte Veranda mit Grill und umgeben von viel Grün, 1 kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand, 1 Sonnenterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Inseln Tavolara und Molara und den Golf.
Privat Garten mit einem weiteren kleinen Innenhof und weiter nach unten den Garten mit einem Solarium, Dusche und direktem Zugang zum Strand von Cala Suaraccia, wo es auch 1 Sonnenschirm und max 4 Liegestühle reserviert im Preis inbegriffen (vom 1.
